Another Chapter

What’s with the spam? I’m just a peaceful user on Imeem and I get bombarded with tons of spam. Reaching 100+ in just 2 days. I’ve read something in the mail with the subject “Re: This is why all people are getting spam”. I’ve read it and the letter said that Sean Kingston and other record label artist did a spam on Imeem to get their music heard, their pictures seen and profiles viewed.

The impact of media in the society. How does media affect our society? It is clearly stated in the book that every aspect of media has been used to influence the society. How? Well, “The mass media in America today are ubiquitous – they are everywhere.” (Biagi, 1990, p. 3). It not only America but around the world.

1 week of being gone huh? And you thought I’m gone. Well, I’m back again… It’s on! Anyway, I was busy the whole week. Though not that busy, I just lost my Internet connection here at home and it pretty sucks. Being offline for a very long time took me by the heart that I really need to be online soon enough because if I don’t, I don’t know what will happen to me. I have tons of update.

At least, I’ve made an update. How I miss blogging. It’s been a while since I’ve checked my email account and Google Reader and the mail are piling up. I have a lot to do and I’m damn busy. Anyway, before I rant everything from small to being complicated, I just want to say that I wasn’t accepted in the Atenews team. Maybe I’m not that “thick-faced” yet or I haven’t got the right WPA or I don’t know.

Here’s an interesting fact about the plugin tab on WordPress 2.6. Whenever a new update arises, the number of update/s would be seen. It’s like… The comment tab with how many awaiting comments do you have. This feature has been extended to the plugin tab so that you would know which of the plugins and how many plugins do you to upgrade.

Upgrading is essential.
