Another Chapter

College Fiesta 08 or better known as the 60th Anniversary of Ateneo de Davao University. My current college alma mater who provides students with utmost knowledge, utmost discipline and the practice of “magis”. But what do you think about this year’s fiesta? Would it be successful? Would it? Would it? For me, it’s not. Why? With all the preparations given to us, with hours planning in the said fiesta, and I call it unsuccessful even though the fiesta is tomorrow and it never started yet.

Have you noticed?

Would just love stress? Don’t you? Don’t you? The hell with stress. Everything is being stressed. Even this blog is been stressed (does it? I don’t think so). Anyway, I’ve been back to school since I’ve been absent for the past 1 semester of my life. Others refer it as PMA (Pahinga Muna Anak) while the school refer it as LOA (Leave Of Absence). So now I’m back..

Remember the time when I said my adrenaline rushed for the 2nd time? Remember the time when I said we want to be in the Finals. Remember the time when we want to crush the Faculty? All of it never happened. It never happened because we lost do the Faculty. I never get the chance to play straight. I never get the chance to receive the ball and play with my own game. Why? Because, we lack team work.

With our game tomorrow, I’m getting excited. I can play with the coach of our school. My teacher in Trigonometry during my freshman days and some of the faculty. I’m really praying that I would have a “perfect” or well-conditioned body before the game. It’s not cool if you play with a few aches right? I’ve tried that once and it’s not cool. I should have enough sleep, rest my body and don’t stress out before the game.

For your information, we are in a do or die situation.

I’ve seen the Engineering & Architecture Division (EAD) vs. Faculty game a while ago. It was a good and crucial game though coach Pochollo’s shots were all miss. I don’t know why. I get a chance to talk to him after the game but he told me it’s not his day. The Faculty lost because the EAD was a very tough team. They’ve made a statement this year that they would win the cup.
