Counter-Strike:Source

This is Counter-Strike: Source. The latest in the Counter-Strike Series and probably the last. This game adopted HL2 engine and provides realism on player deaths, bodies flying, and etc. I’m currently addicted to this game long before my last game of Counter-Strike which is Counter-Strike 1.3 and Counter-Strike 1.6. My friend Marvin had me going back in playing Counter-Strike due to my recent conflict with the other group. I narrated to him why I quit and thus he told me to play Counter-Strike to let my emotion run down. I did have fun on playing Counter-Strike 1.6 but he told me to switch. I was under Windows XP then. But when I installed Windows Vista on my computer, I pushed through in playing Counter-Strike: Source. I was waiting a fair time in downloading it through BitTorrent and when done, I installed it. I did have a GG Client here at home but there is no room for Counter-Strike: Source in the Philippines so, I removed GG and installed XFire.

Xfire is different from GG Client. The main purpose of XFire is to promote games, allows you to chat your friends even though you are playing a game and allows you to communicate privately. XFire supports TeamSpeak, a private or public team speaking system.

Xfire also logs your gaming progress. On what games you play, what server are you on, and how many hours you play that game. You can also embed mini profiles into your website, blog, Friendster profile, MySpace profile, forums, and many more.

Let’s go back to Counter-Strike: Source. Since there is no room in the Philippines, I’m forced to play it online. The last server I played was ICGamers CS:S Server #2. Malaysians and Filipinos play back to back in that server. I made a few friends too like mojo+++++++, icom, bunnyhop, and many others. It’s inevitable that there are cheaters in that server but we still vote ban or vote kick that user.

To sum this all up, playing Counter-Strike: Source is fun and addictive plus you get to train your skills against Pro, Mid and Under class players. Go get that 1337 frag.
